چکیده
It is shown that thermomechanical treatment (TMT) of the EK61 superalloy with a strain rate (ε∙) 10−3 s−1 and gradual decrease in temperature from (0.92 – 0.65)Tδ leads to transformation initial coarse-grained structure into an ultrafine-grained (UFG) mixed type structure. Such UFG microstructure consists γ-phase grains δ-phase particles 0.3 μm size relatively large up 2 size. The having such exhibits low-temperature superplasticity range 700 900°C, maximum characteristics which are achieved at 850°C ε∙ =10−3 s−1. Low-temperature TMT (0.84 0.8)Тγ' also formation EP975 superalloy. γ'-phase 0.5 And there 3.5 globular-shaped form. 900 –1000°C, 1000°C

Dynamic observations of deformation in an ultrafine-grained Al–Mg alloy with bimodal grain structure
The tensile properties and deformation response of an ultrafine-grained (UFG) Al–Mg alloy with bimodal grain structure were investigated using a micro-straining unit and a strain mapping technique. Atomized Al 5083 powder was ball-milled in liquid N2 to obtain a nanocrystalline (NC) structure, then blended with 50 wt.% unmilled coarse-grained (CG) powder, and consolidated to produce a bimodal g...
متن کاملEffect of ECAP Strain on Deformation Behavior at Low Temperature Superplastic Regime of Ultrafine Grained 5083 Al Alloy Fabricated by ECAP
A series of tensile testing was carried out on the ultrafine grained 5083 Al alloy, which was fabricated by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) with different ECAP strains, at low temperature superplastic (LTS) temperature of 548K. This investigation was aimed at examining the effect of the ECAP strain inducing different microstructure in the alloy on the deformation mechanisms at LTS regime....
متن کاملDiffusion Welding of Nickel-based Superalloys
Ni based superalloys can be welded by diffusion bonding. Temperature, diffusion coefficient, activation energy and Boltzmann constant influence the quality of diffusion bonding, so obtaining the best condition for welding is considered. Showing the suitable condition for diffusion welding of nickel-based superalloys is the aim of this paper.
متن کاملMechanical Behavior of an Ultrafine/Nano Grained Magnesium Alloy
The application of magnesium alloys is greatly limited because of their relatively low strength and ductility. An effective way to improve the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy is to refine the grains. As the race for better materials performance is never ending, attempts to develop viable techniques for microstructure refinement continue. Further refining of grain size requires, however...
متن کاملMICROSTRUCTURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE ULTRAFINE-GRAINED COPPER TUBE PRODUCED BY SEVERE PLASTIC DEFORMATION
In this paper, cyclic flaring and sinking (CFS) as a new severe plastic deformation (SPD) method was employed to produce the ultrafine grain (UFG) copper tubes. The extra friction has eliminated in the CFS method that provided the possibility for production of longer UFG tubes compared to the other SPD methods. This process was done periodically to apply more strain and consequently finer grain...
